If the product you have purchased is in stock, we will dispatch within 1-3 business days.
If the product you purchased is made-to-order/ backorder, we will dispatch in 2-3 weeks.
Once your product(s) have been shipped, we will share a confirmation receipt along with the tracking number to the email or contact number you have provided.
Please contact tangerineethnics@gmail.com immediately if you need to modify/cancel your order within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders for products in-stock can only be changed or canceled before shipment.
For made-to-order clothing/accessories, modifications and cancelations are not allowed.
Any goods whose nature cannot be re-used, such as leggings, inskirt, etc., cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours from placing the order. In this case, we will refund the entire amount. A refund will be processed via the same method used to make the original purchase.
After 24 hour period, cancellation of the order is not allowed.
