If the product you purchased is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.

For made-to-order or backordered items, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number to the email address or phone number you provided at checkout.

If you have mistakenly placed an order, selected the wrong product, or need to change your size, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at tangerineethnics@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

For in-stock items, changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. After the 24-hour period or once your order has shipped, modifications cannot be accommodated.

For made-to-order clothing and accessories, modifications cannot be accommodated once production has begun.

Please note that hygiene-sensitive items, such as leggings, inskirts, and similar products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a package is refused or returned because the recipient does not pay the required customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping, customs, or other fees incurred as a result.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential duties or taxes.

At this time, we do not offer 100% custom orders. However, if you have a specific request or would like to make a small customization to one of our designs, please feel free to reach out to us at tangerineethnics@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. ♡
